Shenzhen China Star Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd (CSOT) is a high-tech company which located in High-tech Industry Park , Guangming New District ,Shenzhen，established by TCL group, Samsung Display Co., Ltd and its employees. The registered capital of CSOT is 183.4 billion RMB.

The first stage project is the largest industrial investment in history in Shenzhen, which is up to 24.5billion RMB, and it is also the first one self-dependent construction in highest generation TFT-LCD production line in China . Its design capacity is 100 thousand sheets of substrate glass per month. It took only 17 months to reach production trial run from March 2010to August 2011. By means of continue optimizing production process, it continuously reach new records in the production capacity, which is 140 thousand sheets per monthby now. CSOT has made noteworthy achievement in the ways of project construction & operation.

We have started construction of the second-stage project on 16th Nov.,2013，andit plans to put into operation in May 2015.The total investment is up to 24.4billion RMB. The design capacity is 100 thousand sheets of glass substrate per month, including 70%percent isα-Si TFT-LCD，30% percent isoxide TFT-LCD&AMOLED.

The third-stage project --G6 LTPS(OXIDE)/AMOLED Project established by CSOT(50%) & Hubei Science & Technology Investment Group Co., Ltd (50%) is located in Donghu Hi-tech Industry District ,Wuhan,China. The total investmentis up to 16 billion RMB. The main products will position as high-end FPD with small to medium size.

The Generation 11 TFT-LCD and AMOLED New Display Components Production Line (“G11 Project”), initiated by China Star Optoelectronics TechnologyCo., Ltd. (CSOT) following its t1, t2 and t3 projects, aims to enhance China’s competitiveness in the TFT-LCD business by accelerating the transformation and upgrade of China’s new flat-panel display industry, as well as to establish CSOT as a leading manufacturer of display components in China and the world by expanding CSOT’s new flat-panel display business and enhancing its strength.

The G11 Project was located at Hong’ao Community, Guangming New District of Shenzhen, China, with a gross investment of RMB 46.5 billion and a planned area 992,000 square meters. Construction of the facility kicked off on November 30, 2016, expected to be preliminarily completed in December 2017 and commissioned in March 2019.
